Auto-calculated stats, an AI-drafted summary, and one-click send. Reports are the high-touch artifact your clients see.
The walkthrough
What's in a report
- Auto-stats — workouts planned/completed, adherence %, weight change, PRs, total volume, time under tension.
- Trainer summary — your narrative for the week. AI can draft this from the stats; you edit before sending.
- Feedback — coaching notes specific to this client.
- Next week focus — what you want them locked in on.
How to generate
- Open the Reports tab. Click + Generate.
- Pick a client and date range (defaults to the previous Mon–Sun week).
- Stackd pulls the stats automatically — adherence, volume, PRs, body-metric delta.
- Click AI assist on the summary field. A draft appears in ~5 seconds.
- Edit the summary, feedback, and next-week focus.
- Hit Send. The client gets a polished PDF in their PWA and an email notification.
Report history
Every sent report stays attached to the client's profile. Filter by client or status (Draft / Sent) from the Reports tab.
Tips
- You don't need to write a long report every week — even a 2-sentence trainer summary lands well.
- Adherence below 70%? Stackd flags it in the auto-stats so you don't gloss over it.
- Past programs still show their stats here — the per-program scoping means you can compare blocks.
