Settings & branding
Profile, theme, specializations, and (on the Business tier) the brand color and logo that appear in your clients' PWA.
The walkthrough
Sections in Settings
- Profile — name, phone, bio, default session location, specializations.
- Appearance — light or dark theme. Dark by default.
- Notifications — email and push toggles per event type.
- Branding — Business tier only — logo upload and a single brand accent color.
- Subscription — current plan tier, manage via Stripe.
- Security — change password, sign out other sessions.
- Tutorial — replay the in-app onboarding tour at any time.
Branding scope
Your branding (logo + color) only applies to the client PWA — what your clients see. The trainer dashboard always uses Stackd's default theme. This is intentional: the trainer dashboard is a tool, the client PWA is your product.
Light vs dark mode
Both the trainer dashboard (Settings → Appearance) and the client PWA (Profile → Appearance) have light and dark modes. The gym-owner dashboard is dark-only by design.
Specializations
These power matching when clients search for trainers. Add the ones that actually describe you — vague tags ("fitness") rank you lower than specific ones ("powerlifting prep", "post-natal rehab"). You can add custom tags beyond the preset list.
Subscription tiers (test mode)
- Starter — $29/mo. Up to 5 active clients.
- Pro — $59/mo. Up to 25 active clients, AI assist, branding.
- Business — $99/mo. Unlimited clients, full branding, gym features.
- Gym — $249/mo. Up to 5 trainer seats under one owner — cheaper per-trainer than 5 individual Pro accounts.
Beta testers are free for the duration of the test.
