Getting started
The one-minute orientation. Where everything lives, what each tab does, and how to set yourself up so the rest of the workflows make sense.
The first time you log in
You'll land on the Dashboard — your daily home. Empty on day one, alive once you add clients and assign programs. Across the left edge is the navigation rail; everything you can do lives in one of those tabs.
- Dashboard — today's sessions, unread messages, clients who need attention, pending reports.
- Clients — the roster. Search, filter, and open any client to see their program, history, and notes.
- Programs — your program library. Build, duplicate, archive, or assign.
- Schedule — 1-on-1 sessions (separate from program workouts).
- Messages — your inbox. Clients on one side, gym owner threads in the same view if you're on a gym account.
- Reports — weekly progress reports for each client, with auto-stats and an AI draft.
- Tools — spreadsheet import, workouts library, utility features.
- Settings — profile, theme, notifications, branding, subscription.
Set yourself up in 3 minutes
Before you start adding clients, knock these out from Settings:
- Profile name, phone, and bio — these show up on emails you send.
- Default session location — used as a prefill when you schedule.
- Specializations — what you'll be matched on (strength, hypertrophy, prep, rehab, etc.).
- Appearance — light or dark mode. Defaults to dark.
- Business tier only: upload a logo and pick a brand color — these show on your clients' PWA.
Tip
Hit "Replay tutorial" inside Settings any time you want the in-app tour again.
