For your clients

Viewing weekly reports

What the report you send actually looks like on the client's side — and the PDF they can save or share.

The walkthrough

How they get notified

The moment you hit Send to Client in your Reports tab, three things happen on their side:

What they see

The report opens as a polished card view inside the PWA — printer-friendly white background, your brand color as accent. It shows:

  1. Week summary — workouts completed/planned, adherence %, weight delta, PRs hit, total volume.
  2. Your trainer summary — the narrative paragraph you wrote (or AI-drafted then edited).
  3. Coaching feedback — your specific notes for them.
  4. Next week focus — the one or two things you want them locked in on.
  5. An Export PDF button so they can save a keepsake.

Past reports

Every report you've sent stays in their Reports list, sorted newest-first. They can scroll back and re-read older weeks — useful for them to see their own progress arc.

PDF layout The PDF version uses US Letter paper, printer-friendly (white background with accent swoops instead of a dark theme). Week dividers and logging columns are inspired by Jeff Nippard's program PDFs — clean, readable, hand-it-to-a-non-INGOT-user friendly.

What if they don't open it?

INGOT tracks viewed_by_client_at on every report. From your dashboard you can see if a client has opened a report you sent — handy when you want to nudge a low-engagement client. If they haven't opened it after 3 days, the dashboard surfaces it as a soft attention flag.
